To qualify for a return or replacement, you must send clear photos of the damaged product(s) along with the packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process for Damaged Products: Upon receiving and verifying the photos of the damaged product(s), we will either process a refund or send a replacement at no extra charge. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Damaged Products: Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for products that are not damaged. Ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing the order.
